Consolidated 5 separate workbooks into a single management system — improving speed, data accuracy, and automating reporting across the operation. Adopted as the standard for Delta flagship events, with subsequent deployments including The Masters. Collaborated with Revenue Management on space inventory strategy to block seats on key flights, balancing a seamless guest experience with revenue integrity. Coordinated with Airport Operations to address any special needs for VIP travelers throughout the event.
Solved a communication pain point in the mentorship program by building a system connected to a participant database that automatically generated and sent fully customized emails to 300+ participants — each with unique details about their assigned mentor and scheduled meetings.
Conceived and produced a 6-episode documentary series spotlighting GSS team members and their cultural backgrounds — exploring their home countries, traditions, food, and non-rev travel tips to get there.
